Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment at The Beauty & Body Lab is reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute or missed, it's often impossible to fill that time. As a small business, I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my schedule.
To help keep my schedule running smoothly and to respect everyone's time, please review the following policy:
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
- Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
- Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
- Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will always be considered with compassion and handled on a case-by-case basis. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment when booking future appointments.
